Delivery Charges and Terms

We aim to deliver within 5 Working Days, if an item(s) are out of stock, we will contact you to replace or refund the out of stock item(s)

  • UK Delivery Charge Standard £4.95
  • UK Delivery Charge Signed For £5.95

Delivery on our standard service maybe left in a safe place should you not be at home at time of delivery. If you would rather request a specific location please advise us of that location when placing your order so that we can instruct our courier. If you are not happy with the safe place please use our Signed For service.

How Long Will My Delivery Take?

We aim to process and send out all deliveries within 3-5 working days from receipt of cleared funds.

What's The Order Process?

We will check the availability of the order, if anything is out of stock we will email you and ask if you wish it to be substituted or refunded of the item(s), we will then package it ready for postage and send it on the next delivery slot.

Do I Receive An Invoice?

Yes we can supply an Invoice for orders of the final status of the item(s) posted on request.

Are You VAT Registered?

Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

OUR “JUST FOR YOU” (GOODWILL POLICY)

We will offer a full refund if an item is found to be faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you will need to inform us within 36 hours of delivery via email, attaching photo evidence of the damage and or problem with the product

If you wish to Cancel your order you will need to let us know by 14 days of receiving your goods, goods must be received in the original packaging and returned to us within the next 14 days for a full refund. Return postage costs will be paid for by you the customer.

Returning In The Post

ONCE CONFIRMED WITH US THE REFUND IS OK TO GO AHEAD ENCLOSE PROOF OF PURCHASE

  • PACK ITEM SECURELY.
  • WE ADVISE YOU TO OBTAIN A RECEIPT FROM THE POST OFFICE FOR PROOF OF DESPATCH
  • REFUNDS FOR ITEMS RETURNED BY POST ARE CREDITED TO THE ORIGINAL CARD USED

  • MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A VALID RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.
  • ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS INTACT.
